Here i said i can handle additional responsibility if given chance of doing it but going entirely out of my subject is not possible for me and i feel i am not the right candidate ... after having a brief session of 20 mins i realized this elderly gentleman was not a HR person who were entitled to interview us if he was thn i am sorry for the organization.. there was no single question from the core subject. Through out the process none of the HR girl or anyone from admin came to us and asked if we would like to have a cup of tea coffee or something.. poor etiquette's.. poor infrastructure.. it cud be a number one company in generating revenues but there is no investment on infra or in people.. and along with there was another guy who also appeared for interview as per him he felt disgusted after attending that f2f round.. my only suggestion to management we were been invited by you.. we didn’t come directly.. and you can not go beyond Human right and you have no right to insult anybody beat it on a personal front or professional.. go and get some training on corporate etiquettes . I felt sorry for that person who has gone through that life changing experience in his life and this Vardhman management didn’t show any sensitivity towards him and his fighting spirit rather showing a poor body language that they are not going to hire him... such a pathetic experience and behaviour from you Sir... i just respected your age nothing else..
