Ummm. Literally wanted to stand up and say 'interviews have moved on!' I did respond, tried to some extent to make my answers relevant but to be honest they couldn't make the effort - why should I? Very quickly decided I didn't want the job. (This isn't sour grapes, I honestly came out of the interview feeling I'd wasted my time. They also took longer than they originally said they would to notify candidates regarding the outcome.)
