What is working from home like at Dassault Systèmes?

Even though Dassault Systemes overall has good hikes and policies compared to other companies, since 2022, there have been several hiring freezes, travel cuts, and expenditure cuts on cultural activities and annual gifts. There are rumors of layoffs. At the moment, the company is not doing great, which has also affected the yearly hike. They have also started making the work from home policy less flexible and the office work hours a bit more rigid. It's almost as if the policies are purposely being made a little annoying, so that people choose to leave the company. It's still not as bad as many other companies.

- work life balance - flexible work sturcture - 3 day office working policy (hybrid) - good and helping collegues - good increments (based on performance) - you get lot of platforms to share your work and skills. - lot of learning materials are provided to excel your skills. - most part of the ctc comes in your hand. Very trasparent payroll sturcture.

don't see any cons as such. However, below are some of my thanking: - No aggressive increments though you perform very well - work from home is not very flexible. You need to go to office for 3 days per week. This does not allow to leave the town. - -

Parties and fun activities only

No work from home. Wrong people in lead positions. Expected to work extra hours. Too much politics. Technology is not fixed. Mostly use internal tools, so work experience is not helpful.
