Is there an ethical limit to how much wealth one individual should be allowed to accumulate, even if it was earned legally and through innovation?

I just received a job offer that is a massive step up in title and salary, but the online reviews for the team’s culture are absolutely terrifying. Half the Glassdoor reviews mention high turnover and a toxic leadership style, while the interviewers themselves seemed incredibly stressed out during our calls. The extra $30k a year would change my financial life. Would you take a risk on a known toxic environment?

We just got our yearly bonus and our stock prices are at the highest they’ve ever been. We just got off an all hands call talking about how it’s been our best year yet! Then bonuses were slashed to pay for AI innovation. I’m so mad. Pay the people who make this happen - not copilot licenses.

How do you handle ghosting in job interviews? There is a company that took 3-4 weeks to complete mid level software developer interviews.I gave final interview last week and haven’t heard anything even after a follow up.Is it normal to get ghosted even after coming this long and investing your energy in the process ? I am lead engineer. I get screwed cause I have an engineer in my team that doesnt communicate often and does things on his own. My manager complains to me. How can I justify going forward? I am looking for some guidance.
