Title: Roadmap to 40: ₹2.5Cr NW to Farming Venture Hit ₹2.5Cr true net worth at 30 (single), but heavily RE skewed. Goal is to retire by 40 and start a farm. Salary: ₹1.42L take-home Flat: ₹2.25Cr (₹25L loan remaining) Liquid: ₹50L in Stocks/MF/Gold/PF With a 10-year horizon, how do I fix this illiquidity bottleneck? Do I clear the house debt first or push everything into high-growth equity? Target milestone for 35?
I have 16+ exp (AVP) in Peformance testing mostly, last 1-2 years working in Automation along with Python. Upskilled myself in AI/ML since last 2 years. in CV showing AI/ML exp as 6+ yrs and rest 10 yrs in misc area like testing, cloud with CICD etc. For last few months workplace became very toxic, hence tried to switch in AI/ML but getting very fewer call, most of the applicaiton are rejected. Thinking to put paper w/o offer and use the last 30-45 of 90 days NP. What's your advice?
First they will go through your profile after the profile select segment, once your profile is eligible for their requirements they will send you the written interview questions and the link to submit the answers for the question. When you're passed in written interview they will send the technical assessment link to complete within the time period. It contains 13mcq and 1 coding in my case. After this you will receive the mail for psychometric assessment link to complete the exam for next round.
I also applied but they directly rejected the application twice without giving any reason. This happened after I got a long email application confirmation from them saying they have a very unique and amazing interview process. Now I think maybe their amazing interview process is not for talented and smart people like me😂
