Dark Theme or Light theme?

Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
Dark theme all the way. My eyes are very sensitive to the light. Also, I personally think that it's gentler n the eyes upon long exposure.
