I’ve completed my L1 round at Persistent. I received an email saying “thank you for interviewing with us, we will get in touch with you shortly,” and the portal shows “selection.” However, I haven’t heard from HR yet. It’s been a week since the interview—should I wait or move on?

I cleared two rounds in persistent and document verification has started HR told shift timing is 12pm and 5 days a week ofc for 6 weeks and after 4 days a week ofc(considering) but not confirmed. My LWD is June 12. I have 6+ exp how much can we demand. And please suggest to join persistent. Note: I have an offer in hand with Mphasis with same 5 days a week ofc.Persistent Systems Limited
