I completed my Second round of Interview in LTIMINDTREE 13 days back but still in ripplehire platform status is showing as Interview Second Round so if we have cleared second round of Interview then what will be the next process in LTIMINDTREE and how much time will they take to provide Offer Letter if no any further rounds will be there?

Hi , my application started 18th of may then I cleared l1 and l2 rounds ( and l2 round was with head of coe for my domain), then my status in ripplehire changed to CLIENT ,which wasnt informed earlier, but since then its been silence from their side, even when I try to sms the Talent Acquistion mam to know about updates ,who was very responsive till then started ghosting. I have 90 days notice period at current company , Could this be the reason for this lag and will I get offer letter at all?

Need some advice 👇 I joined as a GET and was trained in SAP, but I'm more interested in development and recently applied for a Java Consultant role through Talent Marketplace. Will this cause any issues since I was trained in SAP? Also, how difficult is the interview, and what topics are usually asked? Would love to hear from anyone who has made a similar internal switch. Can one take break in LTM( lwp) for 3-4 months

Hello Fishes LTIMindtree, I was absorbed into EY account in March. My project was in proposal phase for 2 months. However, during the last week of May, the client informed that we are not proceeding with the project. There is another project in proposal phase for the same account. My manager is not sure who will be working on the project. Today (1st of July) I received mail regarding unbilled ageing status stating that I am a part of bench starting today. What do I do now? Please help.
