This job application process is becoming tiring. It takes approximately 30-40mins to tailor(including editing and formatting) CV and cover letter to each job post. After approximately 4 applications, mental fatigue sets in. I am considering using some form of Agentic AI to scan LinkedIn and apply for matching jobs. A scenario where all I will do in the end is just verify and click submit. Has anyone come across anything like this?

I once answered a behavioral question so badly the interviewer started helping me formulate my own example halfway through (humanitarian effort on his part, I guess). They rejected me in under 30 minutes. Pretty sure they hit ‘send’ before I reached the elevator, LOL.
