I joined IBM in Jan and since then was in bench. Last week my manager asked me to resign as there are no projects in IBM. Do we need to serve 3 months NP or they will release immediately as I don't have any other offer currently?

Hi, I got a offer with IBM and joining location is Bhartiya centre. Now will this be my base location or can I get it changed to either IBM EGL or IBM Subramanya Arcade? since those are near to my house. Would appreciate any insights on this.

I have joined IBM recently and living approx. 6 hrs away from office location and if i will attend office once in two week for 4 days in one streach or once a month for one week will it work or will get the prob. Also to whom i should connect with to get the solution?

Hi fishes, I’m switching from IBM to another consulting company and their BGV form asks for an IBM HR email/contact for employment verification. Since IBM follows a centralized HR/shared services model and direct HR contacts are not available, what contact/email could be used successfully for BGV purposes? Would appreciate suggestions from anyone who has gone through this recently. Thanks!
