Mekko Graphics or ThinkCell? Why?

Having used both, they both have pros and cons and it really depends on what you’re used to. Mekko has options that ThinkCell doesn’t (data rows for example), and allows more flexibility in layout (ability to move labels wherever you want). However, it feels “heavier” or slower, and people without Mekko Graphics can’t interact with those graphs at all. ThinkCell has the advantage of being probably more commonly used, and feels better integrated with Office. If you didn’t grow up with the Mekko functionality, it probably does 99% of what you want, and has its own “extras” (Gantt chart for example).

Well said. Think cell feels cleaner to me, but at the expense of flexibility. Let me place my own labels, dammit!
