Left McK as an EM for a role that offered $325k, I’m only 3 months out and competitor of company I joined wants to poach me and give 450k.
I personally been enjoying my new org and it’s been such little time, however the jump in comp is substantial. How would you handle this?
Can’t speak on behalf of Chili’s but Applebee’s mozzarella sticks gave me such horrible gas once that my wife made me to sleep on the couch for the night. (Quite frankly, she wasn’t wrong.) Thank you for letting me share my perspective with all of you. 🤝

Chilis hands down. Nothing on the Applebees menu can touch honey chipotle chicken crispers

The last time I had Crapplebee’s I got the runs. Chili’s is better, no runs.

Chilis - chips and salsa are salty goodness, bomb margaritas, and the margarita chicken is surprisingly tasty
