Need some career advice. After 6.7 years with one company (8.2 years total experience), I quit due to a toxic work environment and poor work-life balance. I was promoted 4 times, joining as an Analyst and leaving as a Manager, while helping the team grow from 8 to 40+ members. Most of project no such monitoring. Its good to join.
9:30 hours shift. Time monitoring depend on project if you use client machine or Hcl
So if we have client machine then monitor ing not happened
