For those who joined Capgemini recently, how many days does it typically take to receive the official offer letter? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hi All, I have joined on 21st april as consultant and my BU is finanical services. Till now I have not allocated to any billable client project and recieved system generated mail after 30 days to get allocated within next 15 days otherwise action can be taken. Can someone help me with this.

Looking for some advice. I received an offer letter with a lower package than what was discussed. I was then informed that it would be revised soon and asked to wait. After a few weeks, I was told that the demand had closed and no revision could be approved, so only the original offer remains. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Would you still proceed with the offer, or treat the original offer letter as the only thing that matters regardless of later assurances?
