Pros

Great schedule, Friendly boss, and close-knit co workers. Strong cultural values and a very diverse company. I can afford to pay my bills the question is for how long though.....Started with a temp agency and was hired on permanent within 6 months which was unexpected. So far no lay offs in my department.

Cons

Company pay is low. Once hired on permanent there was no pay increase and the pay increases are minimal and annually. Turn over is quite high. They talk about promoting within but hire employees from temp agencies with higher compensation than tenured employees. Outsourcing is NO BUENO! No more cafeteria......

Pros

- The company genuinely prioritizes employee mental health and well being, which is refreshing. - They have honored their commitment to a flexible hybrid work model, and the engaging ERG events on in office days make you want to be there. - It is a culture that rewards team players with a strong work ethic. - As a smaller company, you feel like your contributions truly matter.

Cons

- While benefits are provided, including the great half day well being days, the primary health insurance is a plan with a high deductible rather than a standard copay model, which could be an area for improvement.

Pros

Camp L.I.F.T. is an incredible example of how Cotality brings its values to life through community impact and innovation. The program creates a meaningful opportunity to give back by inspiring young students to explore STEM, financial literacy, and leadership, while also fostering strong collaboration across teams and partners such as Foot Locker, Octane, ISACA, Google, and Cognizant. It’s truly energizing to be part of something that not only makes a difference for students, but also builds a strong sense of purpose and pride among employees.

Cons

There are very few downsides to the experience—if anything, the week goes by too quickly and it’s hard to choose which activities or sessions to be part of because there are so many great moments happening at once.
