As a Product Designer on the McAfee Consumer Experience Design (CXD) team, you will play a pivotal role in our transformation by crafting and leading the delivery of best-in-class experiences for a variety of initiatives within our eCommerce, desktop and other core product spaces. You'll help teams visualize an experience in the abstract, dive into customer research and data analytics, break down highly complex business requirements, and use storytelling to masterfully communicate interaction and design concepts to a diverse stakeholder audience. More about the role

• Deliver extraordinary end-to-end e-commerce experiences that bring delight to our customers by applying your deep knowledge of UX design (research, ideation, conceptual design, prototyping, user testing)

• Create user flows, journey maps, interaction patterns, wireframes, storyboards, design specs, prototypes, UI mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Help to facilitate cross-functional design workshops with business, marketing, product management, and engineering, to explore multiple concepts with clear user goals and testable hypotheses

• Participate in design sprints, stand-ups, sprint planning, and lean product testing

• Learn to measure and present actual UX outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods

• Partner with program managers to scope UX projects for efficient delivery while maintaining high standards for design

About You

• You have been driving Product/UX designs for digital products for 2 or more years

• You have a portfolio that showcases a spectrum of creative design solutions from concept to launch

• Able to identify, analyze, and communicate user and business needs

• Excellent at sketching, wireframes, user flows, visual design, and prototyping to create engaging experiences

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative work environment across time zones and geographies.

• Good understanding of data-driven design activities, such as storyboarding and experience models, solid experience using these strategies to create high-quality designs

• Knowledge of standard professional tools (Figma, Sketch, Principle, Adobe Creative Suite, etc…)

• Proven ability to create mock-ups and produce multiple iterations efficiently and proficiency in interactive prototyping

For Colorado Residents the starting salary for this position is $104,500.00
