The Product Design and Modeling organization within Global Retail Markets is hiring a front-line manager for its Complex Components group to lead the Territory Modeling team. The Complex Components group develops sophisticated models that are used as input, or as complement, to our core pricing programs. This manager will report directly to the head of Complex Components and be tasked with managing a team of Data Scientists towards our broader goal of creating and implementing the greatest territory factors the world has ever seen. The ideal candidate would be someone who is resilient (undeterred in the face of failure), passionately driven to make things better, holds themselves to a high standard and wants to be surrounded by others who do the same.
- Manage a team of Data Scientists building territory models across Auto, Property, Business Lines, for the US and East/West markets.

Research new geographic predictors and predictive algorithms to enhance pricing sophistication.

Work with DSOs, Product Delivery, and East/West local teams to implement industry leading territorial pricing.

Work with regulators to get territory pricing models approved in all our markets.

Establish project plans, ensure quality deliverables within agreed upon timeframes, communicate results, and make recommendations to address issues.

Collaborate with analytical peers and counterparts to stay on top of business trends and analytical best practice.
