- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Maintain confidence of the business via continuous engagement and achieving deliverables
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Knowledge of SQL and database queries.
- Exposure to portal and web technologies
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technology, experience of Azure DevOps, code Repos, and Agile development methodology.
- Some knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including JavaScript, HTML and CSS (Preferred).
- HVAC industry knowledge (Preferred).
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (Preferred).
- Knowledge of IFS Field Service Management (FSM) (Preferred).
- Knowledge of IFS Planning and Scheduling Optimization (PSO) (Preferred).
Base pay
The minimum salary is $95K and the max salary is $95K.
