Being a fast-growing business, we are seeking an Office Assistant to join our young dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Answer, screen and direct incoming calls, take and relay messages when required;
Maintain safe, tidy and clean reception area;
Provide general support to visitors;
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office;
Plan appointments, meetings and take detailed meeting minutes;
Responsible for receiving materials and sending out finished products, and maintaining records;
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Assist the executive management in collecting operating data and prepare periodic and special reports.

Qualifications:

A university degree or college diploma in Business, Office Administration, Accounting, or related discipline required;
2+ years of office administrative experience;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple task;
Attention to details;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Fluency in English and Mandarin required;
Class 5 drivers licence.
