Role Description
As a JavaScript Automation Engineer you'll play a vital role in our software development process by:

Developing robust and scalable automation frameworks using JavaScript.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and create effective test strategies.
Writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our applications.
Investigating and debugging issues, documenting defects, and working with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
Participating in code reviews and promoting best practices for test automation.

Requirements

• Experience with automation scripting and tools such as Selenium, Bash, and PowerShell
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Knowledge of networking concepts
• Knowledge of database technologies

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
