岗位要求:

1. 人力资源或相关领域学历,或者有相关的工作经验。

2. 至少3年以上人力资源部和相关职能工作经验。

3. 具备人力资源部门完整工作流程的相关知识和经验。

4. 熟悉企业关于合同管理、薪金考核制度、绩效和用人机制等。

5. 有电子商务企业工作经验者优先。

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage all human resources functions, and it includes developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies, systems, and processes. Responsibilities:

- Responsible for development and implementation of human resources policies and standards , including comprehensive construction of personnel, recruitment and payroll system.

- Planning, monitoring and appraisal employee performance, preparing for the structures of payroll and compensation.

- Develop and undertake, in collaboration with relevant staff and Management, annual performance reviews and goal setting for staff.

- Deal with workplace or employee issues and conflicts and assist in resolution.

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degrees in human resources and relevant, and work experience is also considered.

- Minimum of 3 years experiences in similar roles and duties is required.

- Proven knowledge in full cycling operations in human resources department.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese in business communications.

- Previous experience in E-commerce enterprise is a strong asset.
