Person to report to: President/Founder

Location: Vancouver BC (can work remotely most of the time)

Huntvision Management Group Inc. HUNTVISION is a newly formed business investment firm. Founder and President is Huntley Luo, who has 30 years of successful entrepreneurial experience, HUNTVISION has a collective private equity background that will facilitate rapid expansion once the business is fully established. We plan to create multiple business projects over time and expand internationally.

Duties

1) Query, archive and organise information, create rules or methods to organise things.

2) Prepares agendas and arrangements for meetings of the President as well as taking notes/keeping records of meetings.

3) Assist the President with business and social events.

4) Provide translation support for the President in English and Mandarin.

5) Other support duties. (Subsequent assignments may be made as required. Outside of normal working hours, dealing with urgent matters as necessary)

Workload / Pace

1) The workload is rated at 40 hours per week at normal proficiency levels. However, in the event of work that is not covered by the assistant's current personal knowledge and experience, time used for additional learning and exploration will be required at the assistant's own expense.

2) There is a high degree of freedom in working hours and the work is result-oriented.

language, education, and experience

1) Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Canadian society and culture.

2) University or college education in business management, financial accounting, human resource management related fields.

3) At least three years working experience in a relevant position in a commercial or industrial enterprise.

Employment requirements: Computer skills utilizing-

1) Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), or Apple equivalent office software.

2) Mind mapping software. For example: XMind.

3) Web conferencing software. Examples: Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

Salary and Benefits

1) Basic salary: 50-100K CAD/year. There is a flexible range of tenure levels, and the salary level corresponds to it. As the level of tenure increases, the salary increases accordingly and can go beyond 100K CAD/year.

4) Additional bonus paid vacation days are given for excellent work performance.
