Job Title: Administration Manager (English & Mandarin)

Job Duties:

Responsible for managing, developing and implementing all aspects of operations, human resources, accounting, information technology, office facility and other administrative functions of the Company;
Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures and programs to enhance productivity and streamline business operations, and support the overall business objectives;
Working closely with the CEO and the external consultant to provide and develop the human resource capabilities necessary to achieve business success;
Providing coordination and communication across the Company's various departments to ensure an effective internal information flow;
Building a positive working relationship with managers and employees, enhancing employee engagement and facilitating a healthy organizational culture.
Liaising with external resources, including professional service firms, government agencies and departments, granting agencies, etc.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate education in Business, Commerce, Communication, Human Resources or similar field;
Minimum four years of administration, operations management, or supply chain management experience in the manufacturing industry;
Experience in the food production environment is preferred;
Experience in developing an administrative system is preferred;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to accuracy, detail, and performance-driven
Proactive, adaptable, flexible and able to multi-task;
Excellent communication and coordination skills;
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
