Accounts Payable Clerk - Peggys cove

Drake International is currently sourcing a new Accounts payable candidate for our wonderful client in the Peggys Cove, NS area. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation and 1+ years of experience in Accounts payable and Data Entry.

What We Offer

Shift work - 5 days a week 8am till 12pm or 12pm till 4pm
Shift work - 3 days at 8 hours a day
Day shift only
No nights or weekends

What You Do

Accounting department support staff
Data Entry ( numerical )
Completing all daily document flow for Accounts Payable
Ability to quickly understand departmental processes.
Microsoft Office knowledge is essential
Accounting AP and AR knowledge a must

Excellent multi-tasking skills
Accounts payable experience ( 1+ years )
