Be the go-to expert when C-Level Leaders and others in Engineering, Cloud Services and Cloud Operations require concise information in order to make critical decisions.
The Opportunity :
Exciting opportunity to work closely with the Cloud Services Support and Cloud Operations Teams to provide business analysis and reporting to Management and Executive Leadership. This position will establish ownership of metrics and leadership of reporting efforts across functional lines and will also support many ongoing and new initiatives on an ad hoc basis. You will work closely with a broad group of partners across the organization.
Have a direct impact on executive decisions as OpenText continues our growth as we assist our clients to rethink the future of their businesses. You will fill and grow a critical role to both provide analysis, metrics and reports to Executive Leadership and provide critical growth metrics and analysis of the sales pipeline to the Cloud Operations Team, so leadership understands how and when to grow our infrastructure in response to the growing needs of our clients.
You Are Great At :
Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs
Building executive level reports and presentations based on information and data gathered from multiple sources
Building relationships with Cross Functional Teams, including Cloud Services and Sales Support teams, for gathering metrics
Collaborating with Cloud Services and Sales Support teams and leadership on a weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle on the collection of metrics for executive leadership reporting
Owning and improving the process; conducting analysis and creating/updating reports
Performing ad hoc analysis as requested
What It Takes :
Experience in an analytic or business process role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present complex information in simple language to non-technical and technical executive audiences
Ability to analyze and resolve problems; must be decisive and action-oriented
Ability to establish effective working relationships with business partners, supervisors and peers
Experience analyzing and interpreting data, and communicating those findings to business partners, supervisors, and peers
Experience and proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
