The SalesForce Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the optimal configuration and use of Operations systems and processes, participating in, leading projects, solving problems and acting as a sparring partner for internal departments, in order to ensure high quality standards and continuous optimization of Operations systems and processes.

Day to day:

  • Act as a sparring partner for internal departments on system and process related issues. The advice will continuously contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of how the CRM is deployed
  • Coordinate and participate in scrums and design workshops to identify operations issues, such as defining and implementing new operations processes within CRM. Realization of features according to plan, within time and budget and meeting the set Operations objectives
  • Analyze and handle unexpected problems with consequences and a high sense of urgency, acting as a project leader to steer to a solution whenever required. Gather requirements from CRM Champions or stakeholders and document within PBIs for Product Owners to review
  • Act as a point of contact for Global CRM and IT in both directions, testing and validating new functionalities in systems and acting as a filter on behalf of Product Owners for the delivery team in creating new user stories and requirements
  • Pro-actively (re)design and optimize Operational processes, following the current DLL process improvement and performance management methodology. Ensure designed processes satisfy the global operations needs
  • Handle and solve regional or GBU incidents and concerns and liaise with internal departments regarding shortcomings in CRM

Essentials:

  • Education: University level preferred
  • 10 years proven work experience as Business Analyst
  • 3+ years of agile experience
  • 5+ years SalesForce experience, Sales Cloud preferred
  • Experience with Devops or JIRA
  • Experience with deploying self-serve tools on mobile and desktop platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile/SAFe framework, certifications nice to have
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Visio, Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, and Presentation skills
  • Must be self-motivated, customer focused and able to consistently make decisions based on long term objectives
  • Candidate must possess excellent written communication skills (technical emphasis preferred) with attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a high degree of attention to details and quality of work
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
