QA Business Analyst - Credit Cards
- Strong Business requirements and business process analysis, Ability to analyze Business Requirements, Functional Design, Use Cases, to identify test scenarios and create test cases
- Excellent documentation skills – test scenarios, traceability, edge case and exception case analysis, Attention to Details.
- Payments / credit cards / transaction processing systems experience preferred
- Expertise in Test Case design, review, execution, and defect management
- Well versed with STLC process such as SDLC- Waterfall and AGILE
- Strong communication, liaison, interpersonal skills
- Effectively Managed Test execution for several releases (SIT/PAT/BUV cycles) within set timelines involving test execution plan, allocation of tasks, provided trainings, handled queries, monitored quality of work.
- Experience with HP ALM, JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and able to work independently
