Looking back on 2020 | M&A Advisor relationships
#WeAreHarris took on a new meaning this year, as we banded together to weather the constant turbulence of unprecedented change. Despite the relentless storm, Harris added 13 new businesses to the family, shining a spotlight on our ability to carry on the legacy of our owners and remain steadfast for our customers. Read about our new additions and hear from new Owners to Harris.
It is times like these when we need to come together as family, friends, co-workers and community to demonstrate not only our resolve to overcome adversity, but to also stand-up and against racism, in any form, and to create a new reality that truly embraces inclusion and diversity.

Yesterday Canada celebrated National Indigenous Peoples Day. It is a day for recognizing and celebrating the cultures and contributions of the First Nations, Inuit and Métis Indigenous peoples of Canada.
At Harris, our number one value is respect of the individual. Respect means listening, supporting and protecting each other, no matter our differences. We celebrate those differences and know that diversity will make Harris, and the world, better than it was yesterday.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have seen disruptions to our work/life norms. We now have children home from school or daycare, elderly family members living with us, significant others working from home, and most social activities and caregiving support canceled. To help our employees cope during this difficult time we have created Harris EDU. Harris EDU is hosted on Goggle Classroom and offers curriculum to keep children entertained and learning while their parents are working.
Kristin Los, Product Manager with ACCEO Retail, has been adjusting to working from home with her kids. When her daughter asked if she could help Kristin work, instead of telling her no, she said “sure!”. Her daughter sat on her lap with her earphones on while they worked on a spreadsheet together. She ended up writing a nice little note to one of Kristin's colleagues to brighten his day. #WeAreHarris #HarrisHomeOffice #FutureHarris
