Kaiser Permanente Software Tester Salaries

Hi there, Anyone currently at UCHealth? They keep going on and on about this 5 year bonus. Is it worth waiting for? -How much can someone expect to get? TIA!

I graduated in May and got my license in July in Houston,tx.I have no healthcare experience so not sure what salary I should ask for in the appl.I feel I am low ball myself if I pick the lowest pay.Our teachers told us there's such a need for nurses we can name our price(mid/high of pay scale).My classmates got jobs on higher end of scale but they live in a small urban area and I'm in a larger city. I thought I would get equal to higher pay if I am in a larger city but the scale seems low here..

Hey there! I hope everyone is doing well. I am currently in retail, but I have been working towards finding a new position back in healthcare. I have 5 years of experience as a CNA and have recently graduated from my phlebotomy program. Though, I have healthcare experience, it has been a tad bit difficult finding a phlebotomy position. Any advice in how I could advocate for myself? Regarding my experience and proper compensation. Thank you in advance! ☻
