Enterprise Energy Analyst Salaries

Hey I'm looking for some advice from Account Managers - what is a standard comp plan for Enterprise AMs (managing a book of business of 2-7M ARR) including renewals and upsells?

I just got promoted to Finance Manager and My Current base salary is $100k with about $25k in profit sharing/bonus in Dallas, TX. I’ve worked about 7 years with this company and I’m looking to bump up my base to $120k as I’ve taken on more scope and enterprise teams and supervising. Does this seem reasonable? 20% seems like a lot but I do feel like I’m at the bottom portion of the salary range right now

I’m set to have ~10K RSUs vest (and be immediacy sold for cash) in August. Is it realistic that I may be able to get a sign-on bonus to cover that amount in a new company if I leave early? I could see it for sure if I was head-hunted, but if I’m the one applying for roles it seems different. Background: I’m marketing director at an enterprise company going to be acquired in Q4 and I’m concerned about future career opportunity there for multiple reasons.
