Currently a management consultant at Accenture Canada. I've been proactively reached out by the recruiting team at Capgemini and offered a bump from ~105K to ~133 K base for the role of advisory manager. How do I squeeze the most out of the salary negotiation process? I suspect that my work life balance and amount of support I’ll receive on projects will take a hit as they have a relatively less established Canadian market practice. Any other thoughts on the transition? Thanks so much!

Can anyone give some insight into salary figures for associate consultant and consultant level (London)? Are these figures the same across the different business units @?
