    Nothing at all in the slightest!

    Cons

    -Horrible, aloof Management -Extremely shady business tactics -Unprofessional toward guests and employees -No sense of boundaries or respect for work/life balance -Sending underpaid employees out to soothe extremely tense , sometimes dangerous situations that they are not trained for or paid enough to engage in -No capacity for employee appreciation Could write way more, but don't feel like revisiting all of the trauma that this job left me with.

    Pros

    Love working here. The company is in an innovative space in the hospitality world. It rewards people who take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the office. It has many of the advantages of a startup -- but it has already been acquired, so it has advantages of stability and support as well. The company had a rocky few years a few years ago, so it really feels like working here allows you to be part of building something new. It's an empowering experience that allows learning and growth. Leadership is committed and communicative.

    Cons

    Because there were some rocky years in the past, there is still some confusion around roles and processes. I see this as an opportunity to be part of building the right solutions, but if you are someone who needs very clear structures in your work environment, you might find that frustrating. Again, it's more of a "startup" in culture.

    Pros

    Former stories of great culture and tight knit teams prior to the new executive team appointment a year ago.

    Cons

    Extremely disconnected and toxic work environment. Incompetent senior management team and CEO. He has let the most talented people in the company walk away or has terminated them unjustly. Unprofessional HR department. This company is irresponsibly hemorrhaging its parent companies money and on the quick path to closing its doors.

    Dynamic job, part-time opportunities, but mostly a great way to develop customer care experience especially with foreigners.

    No big cons, sometimes Greets do require, basing on costumer needs, more time than expected!
