I have been working at exp Global full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people I work with on a day to day basis and the work environment are phenomenal. Boss treats me well and the team as a whole is close-knit, and always willing to teach and help.

    Cons

Nothing specific, maybe things get a little chaotic and disorganized at times. Upper management can be on your butt about billable hours and productivity, not understanding the nature of construction and seasonal work.

I worked at exp Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Somewhat flexible hours, but is dependant upon Manager.

    Cons

Senior leadership is focused on billable and not much else. I've seen some Managers in GTA berate staff in front of others, and the environment at the Clark Blvd. Brampton office is toxic!

Also, they talk a good game about culture and values, but don't live up to them.

    Advice to Management

Some senior leaders in branch offices are great, but some are terrible. You need to send senior membership to an HR bootcamp!
