Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at emnos full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
You can learn a lot of the retailer space .
Cons
- Economic Downfall Emnos had difficulties to retain clients and win new ones. In 2018 the UK and Spanish offices were closed, almost everyone was laid off in the US, the mother company sold emnos in April 2019. - Failed Product Strategy New products were designed, just to find out after years that there was no market fit. Existing “cash cow” products were not sufficiently modernized. - Politics A lot of politics, at times toxic. People were playing favorites when it came to promotions, “talkers” more valued than “doers”. No visible career path.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at emnos full-time for more than a year
Pros
Complaining about the state of the company at least brings you together with your colleagues
Cons
Promote people for the sake of it just so they can feel as though they are progressing and then end up with too many 'senior' managers. Bring in contractors an an inflated rate to help sell the business - couldn't sell water in a desert. Zero company benefits! Work-life balance is ok because there is literally no work to do.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at emnos full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Interesting work related to customer analytics - it's a nut that many retailers are trying to crack and emnos has solid experience in the space. Opportunity to wear many hats and gain experience. Global company, potential opportunities to work with/in European offices for those who are interested. Good people, fairly young office. Flexible environment, not at all micro-managed.
Cons
Not a lot of opportunity right now for people to move around and work on new things - hoping this changes as we land new business in the US.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at emnos full-time for more than a year
Pros
emnos continues to be one of the best analytical consultancies in the UK and across Europe. There are some great people to learn from and we are all committed to delivering the best to our clients. The work is varied and very interesting with the German office fully supportive of the European business objectives. The company is going through transition (much alike most companies) and have clear focus for the future and excellent career progression opportunities. The office space is great and is very well located. Being integrated internationally gives us all valuable experience which we can take to new markets. We have a bit of fun here with a foosball table which we play after hours and we have monthly evening social events. Very competitive salaries and benefits.
Cons
Due to the current transitional period there has been a bit of unrest but the outlook for the future looks positive.
