Leads to work with and keep you busy. Good for starters who need to get their feet wet. New offices. Small professional company feel.

Could be far from yiu dye to lack if offices.

better pay would decrease the turnover, hire some older pple with many transferable skills to help and mesh with the younger hires !

lovely job, great people, lovely environment. They provide leads which means you save your marketing money and it adds up to alot at the end.

commission job, which could be a problem sometimes, because its fast paced, so people need to stay on their toes. which is hectic sometimes.

management is great, people help out each other, They are already sharp the way they are. my advice will be to stay like that.

Online Lead generation is done by the brokerage and leads are provided to salespeople/brokers.
Cons
Many of the leads are not serious buyers or sellers.
