I have been working at Zartis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I've been in Zartis for more than 2 years and the growth has been amazing. They make a real effort to take care of the employees and create the best work environment possible. People actually matter in this company. They are inclusive, smart, nice people to work with. Even the CEO is a very approachable person! No matter how long you've been in the company or what your position is, if you want the chance to make the company grow, evolve, improve... if you put yourself to it, you can get it. There's room for you to shine.

    Cons

I wouldn't say there are disadvantages, really.

I worked at Zartis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Flat hierarchy - Easy going people - General commitment of employees to the company - Colleagues value each other - Respect for employees’ private time

    Cons

    - The job is presented as a base + bonus salary. Still, the inclusion of the bonus policy is discretional to the Employer, resulting in an arbitrary distribution of a huge portion of the expected income. - There is apparently no designated person with HR expertise and knowledge of the national regulations (payslips platform, healthcare insurance, registration) which would be fundamental for foreign workers. This happens across several headquarters.

I have been working at Zartis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

great people, great environment to grow and try out new ideas, great opportunities to those who want to take lead on anything that could be beneficial at the end of the day. Love the mindset of the management and how the company is open to constant change.

    Cons

Constant innovation can sometimes get hectic but I haven't seen it not be resolved so far.

I have been working at Zartis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I've been working for many companies but Zartis is really unique. There is a lot of great things I could say about the company (e.g. great culture, really talented and experienced people, innovative culture, flexible working hours, etc.) but the key differentiation is openness and excellent approach to people (both employees to each other but also to customers).

    Cons

Cannot thing of anything worth mentioning.

I have been working at Zartis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Good and healthy Work/life balance. And I placed this first because it is the first company where I have experienced this so far. - Management is awesome. You can literally ask the CEO for a 1-1 meeting at any time and he will listen to you and find the best way to help you or your team (he really does). - Horizontal hierarchy. - Flexible hours (I have been working from home 3, 4 and sometimes 5 days a week for more than 2 years) - Competitive salaries - International projects, multicultural environments. - Solid high performant teams formed by incredibly skilled people. - People is great, everyone is friendly and willing to give a hand.

    Cons

    - As stated by someone else: Market is not free of risks. Some customers can be a bit difficult to work upon (Not agile, strict processes, reluctant to improve).

I worked at Zartis full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great culture and familiar environment. Honest and transparent management, that really takes care about the employees. Great team with high profile engineers, and awesome working atmosphere. Only interesting projects are accepted, where the employee's needs and opinion are highly taken into consideration. By far the best place I have worked in.

    Cons

I can't think of anything wrong honestly.

    Pros

Good work/life balance. The most transparent company I've ever worked. The CEO is really aware of the problems. Everytime the company works to improve.

    Cons

Would be nice to have more opportunities to growth

I have been working at Zartis full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Leadership has made all the right choices and the company has grown exponentially since it was founded. Honesty is key, inward and outward, and zero-bullshit policy has earned the company trust both from employees and customers. Young team organizes meet-ups and social events.

    Cons

Market is not free of risks. Rapid expansion could destabilize company culture.

    I worked at Zartis full-time

    Pros

    - They pay good bonuses: this (partly) compensates the fact that their base salaries are rather low - Great team: everyone is very competent in their field and motivated to to their best; besides, the team is very young and culturally diverse - Laid back culture: the work environment is easygoing and informal, you only have to focus on doing your best - Interesting projects: you get the chance to work with great clients and to get in touch with talented developers from all over the world; besides, you're put in charge of your projects from day one

    Cons

    - Lack of fairness and transparency in the decision-making: it's not always clear how they assign the projects to each recruiter; you can find yourself stuck with a client who goes radio silent without being told why and if you bring it up, you receive only encouraging words that are not actually backed up by concrete actions - Even though the atmosphere seems overall friendly, there's a significant amount of competition among colleagues lurking below the surface. Sometimes the colleague sitting close to you might reach out to the candidates you're handling and start scheduling calls with them without telling you - The onboarding and training processes are overall poor, as well as their attention to career development needs
