    good networking opportunities and connections, flexible hours, but pay was low

    Good employee benefits and pension plan

    Cons

    Managers are unfortunately overworked and burn out quickly. Very difficult to manage unionized staff, due to hostile nature of unions.

    Advice to Management

    Get tougher with hostile unions and look for ways to support overworked managers. The institution needs overhaul of outdated systems and processes.
