    Great health benefits
    Decent compensation
    Beautiful campus (Glendon)

    Cons

    Horrible management
    Politics

    Advice to Management

Get off your high horses and ask the people you employ for help if you can't handle things yourselves. You can't just say you're "on it" and then not "do it". Sweeping your issues under the rug and then treating everyone like crap is unacceptable.

Perhaps other locations/ department would be better.
