    Pros

    Dynamic environment to work in. Great staff and professors which work along with you. Great benefits.

    Cons

    There was a strike which caused more problems than needed..

    Very flexible and accommodating especially for student part-time position

    Cons

    There are lots of projects thrown at you with very specific deadlines. It can be overwhelming at times with the workload but it is manageable

    internships here are meant to help students in need, who are also doing well in their program

    Cons

    if your not financially in need it's not really a "pro" for you

    Advice to Management

    need to be a little bit more organized when it comes to big projects because a lot of money is being wasted

    I was a work/study student and the supervisor really took the time to mentor and gave me opportunities to lead and present. They really care

    You get the opportunity to gain hands-on engineering experience while creating life long friendships with new people! Truly an equal opportunity workplace.

    Cons

    Did not have a lot of engineering time, as we were always doing different workshops with special guests.

    Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, particularly as I have mobility issues.

    Cons

    The Bell Curve marking is a bit tricky to understand.
