    Pros

    Free Lunches and good co workers. Benefits.

    Cons

    Cold calling all day with little to no leads. Get ready to be hung up on throughout the day and strain yourself with the metrics set for you. Hard to reach with what you are given. Management will act obvious but they know.

    Lots of team involved activities Great managers

    Cons

    Low pay - You have to make a certain amount of sales or they will let you go Hard work calling on Plumbers and Real Estate Agents

    I have nothing good to say

    Cons

    Terrible turnover rate. Sitting behind a phone headset all day with cold leads that amount to nothing. The product is a joke too. Stealing money from small business owners.

    Great learning/skills experience, fun atmosphere, good people, lots of growth opportunity

    Cons

    Long hours, hard job, very competitive atmosphere which is great for some but is not right for everyone

    Pros

    The people I worked with were great. Loads of amenities to take your mind of the stress. Free beer Friday’s. They do teach you some sales techniques that are helpful in other sales roles.

    Cons

    Loads of stress. You job isn’t guaranteed month to month. They do make you hit a gong when you get a sale, which isn’t as motivating as they think it is. Used very cheesy and some stereotypical motivational sales training techniques and videos.

    Collaborative environment, people have a sense of humor, was able to make over 6K in a month on top of base salary due to team dynamic

    Pros

    Met some lifelong friends. The potential to make serious money is there.

    Cons

    The base pay is not enough to sustain a living. It's hard work and you're rewards are dictated by your ability to perform within the box they've created. Not many people can do it. And many sales are made to spite the value brought to SMB's.
