Good For Learning - That's it

    Pros

Met some lifelong friends. The potential to make serious money is there.

    Cons

The base pay is not enough to sustain a living. It's hard work and you're rewards are dictated by your ability to perform within the box they've created. Not many people can do it. And many sales are made to spite the value brought to SMB's.

    Awesome Environment

    Pros

Amazing Environment with a great management team. Base pay is mediocre but there is a ton of money to be made through commission if you work hard!

    Cons

The base pay would be the only con that I have, but I am not sure if that has changed at all.

    Pros

Uncapped commissions Casual wear There are areas with free snacks, coffee machines and sodas. Wine and beer on Fridays at the end of the say.

    Cons

Work environment is very laid-back as an outsider looking in but once you have the job you are micromanaged yo the point where you are forced to ask for permission to use the restroom.

    Pros

    - Great environment and coworkers - Good benefits - Generous vacation days

    Cons

    Pros

    Fun culture and work environment.

    Cons

Sales leads are sub-par and the company mandates sticking to a script even when going off of it would be more likely to result in a sale.

    Sales Associate

    Pros

The culture was positive, there were consistent/weekly sales contests to increase motivation in the sales department, team contests, residual bonuses were always essential to have and expect and would keep the sales associates on top of their client's campaign performances, they offer benefits: health, dental, vision, 401K (no match), they do weekly trainings for all of the sales departments to help increase sale's awareness and help each other get up to speed, they offer a fair amount of PTO (accrued), they are pretty fair with overtime

    Cons

If you are unable to get to the office early (before your shift starts) because you have family priorities, it seems like they aren't extremely accepting in that respect, many individuals have flexibility to get to the office early and start their day early and stay late (that's great for sales, the environment and the nature of all of it) others have families and a lot of things happen as you may have growing children

Inside sales rep, you make cold calls to small businesses in the U.S. and sell them on the marketing platform.

    Pros

Fun and energetic environment. Really awesome people and they are willing to help you if you need it. You will never have to worry about not getting support.

    Cons

Cold calling is the only part about the job that is bad. I have no other cons about Yodle. Other than cold calling, it is a wonderful place with wonder people.
