    Pros

    Welcoming and supportive colleagues with a positive outlook. Smart and highly motivated people all throughout the company and a lot of resources available to interact and stay involved with coworkers.

    Cons

    Job description didn't provide a clear perspective on what's expected of the role. A lot of information to absorb and understand in a short period of time while also trying to execute expectations. It's advertised as a top notch onboarding and training but then just have you refer to an internal card system that is more or less out of date which they expect you to update yourself. Seems like one could get lost in the shuffle.

    - Direct management always goes to bat for you - Teammates are easy to work and get along with
