    - great people working here -always welcome new ideas -easy to collaborate with certain teams

    Cons

    -unclear direction from leadership -encourage new ideas but don't take them into consideration -everyone has a unique goal and objective so efforts are not always aligned to achieve the common goal

    I have no pros I can post with working for this company!

    Cons

    -management favours certain workers -treats certain workers better then others, if a favour worker gets infraction they get slap on wrist while non favour workers get let go(seen personally) -no outside life Union does NOT protect workers(seen personally with harassed worker being let go when worker was being harassed) - Very hard to move up -too much gossip within company Including with management

We are sorry you did not have a great experience and we will look into your concerns further. We do have a strong focus on the employees experience. This is demonstrated by the various initiatives at Woodbine, some of which include, a dedicated culture squad, annual social events, community volunteering opportunities, a subsidized employee cafeteria, our Talking Rings/town halls, our Fuel the Fun lounge and holiday parties.
