Remote option. Decent computer equipment.
Cons
Video meetings that have zero impact. Very little training besides listening to other reps calls. When asked to learn advised, "you dont need to know that". Different protocols for reps in same dept. Lots of turnover.

I feel fortunate to have a job during the pandemic and to be able to work from home.
Cons
Unproductive coworkers - I always feel like I'm picking up their slack. No pay raises offered - salary is pathetic. Management is extremely socially awkward and makes no effort to introduce themselves to you. It's totally bizarre.
