    Pros

    Some great people, in all levels of the business. People who have been around a long time, know the business and will help you succeed, or will help you around the politics. There's a big appetite for tech, although there's not enough respect between tech and business

    Cons

    They keep bad people around, mostly people in management or leadership roles, who are like part of the furniture, or where their managers have no interest in changing the status quo.

    Flexibility is great as long as you have a good business performance manager, Pay is okay as long as you open and close the shops Benefits are great

    Cons

    The amount of work you do depends on which shop you are based in but everyone has the same pay, Its either too borning or too busy
