Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Willamette Dental Group full-time for less than a year
Pros
Dental benefits were awesome/very affordable.
Cons
Administration "lead" was unprofessional, overbearing, condescending, and micromanaged direct reports. The culture at headquarters is very poor/siloed. Thankfully another opportunity elsewhere came up and I resigned from WDG. I do not recommend working here.

Pros
Great staff members and co managers
Cons
Senior management. As a dysfunctional family run business they try to keep their audience thinking they have a great company who prides themselves on employer of choice and highly skilled providers. The owner is rude, he over looks the unprofessional, lack of integrity and down right mean senior leader team. His favorite DCO is allowed to act and treat others with disrespect and micro management that drives people away. She will push Drs to do treatment they are not comfortable doing then blame when things go wrong.
