    Pros

Some of the people here are great and helpful and genuinely nice people.

    Cons

The partners are cold and rude. People are overworked and underpaid. One of the founding partners is so difficult to work with that people are leaving in droves.

    Abusive treatment

    Pros

Location is good as it it right off the highway, and easily accessible via back roads as well.

    Cons

I worked there briefly for one of the senior partners. The office area is so messy and unorganized - that I would be embarrassed to bring a client into my office for a consultation. Work is redundant created huge repetitive paper files. Senior partner is verbally abusive, and constantly belittles employees. Never had so much stress from a job in my life.

Receptionist Review of Wilchins Cosentino and Novins LLP

    Pros

This firm has a professional and friendly atmosphere. I feel like I am treated respectfully and continuously challenged but not overwhelmed. This is a fantastic place to learn more about the field and to gain more experience. All employees and attorneys are nice and patient.

    Cons

The commute off of Route 9 can be difficult, there is a lot of traffic in the morning and in the evening due to construction. This environment is also fast paced and new employees have to learn quickly.

    Pros

Everybody is really nice and very welcoming. You learn a lot as you are dealing with complex matters, and if you have any questions there is always somebody you can ask who will be more than willing to help. The commute is very easy, and it is located right by 2 major highways. The pay is competitive and very fair.

    Cons

    I have none so far.

Ample Opportunities & Responsibilities for Employees to Grow

    Aug 8, 2017 - Associate

    Business Outlook

    Pros

    - Good benefits and nice office space - Outstanding opportunities to learn from leaders in their respective practice - Collaborative work environment, within each team and across the firm - Support to grow and make your career meaningful to you WCN provides a unique environment for employees to grow their practices through mentorship, substantial responsibility, and interesting clients. The work is demanding, but they provide good support to teach you and welcome conversations about how to make the work more efficient and effective for you and for the client. I was brought into many strategic decisions and I had a seat at the table as changes were discussed and implemented. I reported to multiple partners and I benefited from learning to adapt to their styles and clients. WCN encourages you to take ownership over your career, ask questions and think proactively about yourself and the clients, and expect a high degree of professionalism and accuracy. The learning and growth opportunities are incredible.

    Cons

The pay and retention rate were concerns while I was worked there, but many of these issues seem to be resolved recently. They seem to value individuals who can grow with the firm, and pay and appreciate them accordingly.
