    very out door oriented staff, everyone knew their roles, very efficient. Had an extreme team oriented attitude

    None, loved the job. Would work here again, but I am changing careers.

    Great Mountain, Colleagues and Supervisors

    Cons

    Management been a let down since Vail Resorts took over. Poor communication to staff. Pay should be better considering internal metrics given by clients.

    Pros

    The benefits are incredible - ski and snowboard passes, deals on equipment, free tunes and rentals and 50% off food. Also, a fun place to work.

    Cons

    Pay is low, so it's all about the benefits

    Lots of training and work

    Leadership is hit and miss - some amazing supervisors - some have just been there forever but bad at life and their jobs - vail is a giant corporate - not a fan of red tape

    Pros

    Fun environment with young people. You get to ride as much as you want and the mountain is great. Discounts on gear help.

    Cons

    Hours can be low during the low season, meal discounts only when working, no bonuses.
