I have been working at Westwing Home and Living full-time

    Pros

    - Amazing atmosphere, buzzing and dynamic work environment, impact- and results-driven work, great colleagues, fast learning curve. - The company also manages to keep the start-up mentality and encourages its employees to fly with ideas even if these can end up as a failure sometimes (= you learn, you improve, you do it better the next time). - Dog friendly office

    Cons

    - Salaries are lower than average - No significant benefits (free coffee and coke do not count as benefits for millenials but as a given)

    - team really young - come and go all the time, only a few stay long at the company - non-paid overtime - confusing hierarchy

"Lack of technologies. Code is a spagetti and everithing runs too humanised. It's based on subjective thinking and your opportunities there depends on what your team lead says . I eas fired because of my team leader ( he didn't liked me ) just this reason, after putting me on the wag to re-llocate in Germany, Munich ( also without telling me that it's almost impossible to find a flat there , especially as a foreign citizen )"
