I worked at Western Financial Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice group of people, and a good development team. It was a small team but cohesive and they work well together. Company has a good work environment, business casual dress and sometimes denim Fridays. They have very thorough training for new employees, I was very impressed by that.

    Cons

The salaries could be higher, but they treat you well. I heard the call center people grumbling a lot more, so I'm not sure that they were as satisfied with their jobs, but working in a call center doesn't sound like much fun anyway.

    Advice to Management

Salaries could be higher, or if not possible, provide more vacation time. Vacation should be three weeks minimum anywhere, not including personal and sick days.

      Cons

Pay is horrible, health insurance is way too high under the pay you make

      Advice to Management

      Don't sell yourself short.
