      Full time Benefits Potential for growth

      Cons

      Call center being rude giving bad representation of office Upper management does not value their employee PDM's and CD's don't care about BM's, only care about producing Western Dental is all about money and production. They do not care for the patient. PCCs do not get good bonuses Anything that is said to HR is talked about to PDMs and employees. Their is no privacy Having Low pay and giving 0.3% increase after 1 year for employees who qualify is just a slap in the face. Hours say you are open 9-7 but they have staff working passed 830.

      Pros

      If you get the right PDM, you're in good shape. Can be a very fun place to work depending on the office, and the health plans are pretty good.

      Cons

      Often seems like upper management cares more about numbers than they do people. Corporate support is poor, and the corporate call center does not know how to book appointments intelligently. For all the noise they make about the "Ultimate Patient Experience," the true colors of upper management come out when they're forced to choose between doing the right thing or doing the profitable thing. Corporate auditor will come to the office and you'll teach them how to do their job, because no one taught them. HR department is incompetent.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, if you need a day off it's usually not an issue.

      Cons

      The vision of 'upper management' at corporate gets lost by the time it trickles down to the clinics.

      Pros

      Learn a lot hands on and get to build experience that last you a life time. Pay is ok and benefits are not too bad.

      Cons

      Too many changes with upper management. Management has their favorites and you have to work twice as hard to get recognized.

      Pros

      Learning the ropes! There are great systems in place to learn dentistry billing, consultations, budgeting, and management skills in a very high pace speed. But once you learn those- run!!

      High turn over, not just the office staff but right now with upper management- not promising!

      Pros

      The people in the local office were amazing to work with! However, this did not compensate for the chaos that occurred in the office everyday.

      Cons

      Upper management is awful! The ethical boundaries are pushed with this company; with both employees and patients. PDMs and CDs are rude to all local staff and have no respect for the amount of work that staff does. There is no point in talking with HR about the issues at all; they just share the information with the PDMs and CDs who then come back to you upset and they to fire you.

      Coworkers and growth opportunities are available

      Cons

      Upper management changes frequently, turnover is high among employees, the employees are paid very low, but managers and above are above market. Benefits are worse every year.
