Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year
Pros
- Good work/life balance, you're able to work from home after one year of employment - Good benefits - Great culture - Amazing diversity, you get to work with a diverse group of smart individuals
Cons
- Limited growth opportunities, you basically would have to seek other companies if you want an advancement (varies by department) - Favouritism - Bullying from a different Department (Belittling One's work, causing loss of confidence) - Limited resources to perform day-to-day job functions. There wasn't a clear sense of direction on what the business was expecting
Advice to Management
Take care of your people and they'll take care of you: - Develop more frequent one-on-one sessions with your employees - Management should take action of the bullying that was apparent within the workplace - Ask employees for feedback of manager - Make communication a priority

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Wells Fargo full-time
Pros
-good benefits -work-life balance -good training -organization feels like family
Cons
-little to no room for growth -pathetic bonus and salary increase -boys club -little to no diversity -difficult to become successful unless you're in sales
Advice to Management
-focus on diversity -hire from different universities (not just ivey) -have more employee events -push for growth opportunities for your employees. Everything it sourced back to the states and it makes it difficult for canadian employees to progress

RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Good benefits but high deductibles high copays
Cons
Surveys on your customer service are based on 1 to 5 with 5 being 100% and 4 and below are zeros.
Advice to Management
Be fair when a customer gives a 4 out of 5 don’t make it a zero so the employee can have all 4’s out of 5 . WF makes that a zero and almost impossible for employee to get their bonuses . An 80 should not be a zero

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at Wells Fargo part-time for more than a year
Pros
Good benefits: 401K with up to 6% 1:1 match, generous PTO and floating holidays. Health and dental options weren't the best but still available. Great company culture with recent changes. Low pressure on retail side focused strictly on customer service. Management was very supportive.
Cons
Understaffed, could not always get PTO days that I requested.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good benefits package. Plenty of opportunity for development.
Cons
Busy branches have a huge workload on top of having to work Saturday's. Work-life balance is currently not ideal
Advice to Management
It's not reasonable for Saturday branches to self staff and work six days a week half of the month. Team members are burning out.
